Make room to reflect
Choose a recent piece of work rather than trying to evaluate an entire strategy. Describe what happened without immediately labeling it a success or failure.
Ask four questions
Use these prompts on your own or with a trusted peer. Keep personal information out of shared notes.
- What did we intend, and what actually happened?
- Whose experience did we hear, and whose did we miss?
- What did our process make easier or harder?
- What is one change we can test next?
Carry learning forward
Give the next action an owner and a date. Identify what support the owner needs. Reflection should help reduce repeated effort, not become another reporting burden.
