Part-time · Seattle / hybrid
Coordinate peer-circle logistics, prepare accessible participant materials, and keep follow-up actions organized. This role works with the learning and facilitation team and is suited to someone with strong coordination skills and care for participant experience.
Contract · Seattle area
Facilitate structured peer discussions and applied workshops. Help participants work with uncertainty, establish participation agreements, and translate learning into realistic next steps. Experience facilitating groups and navigating sensitive workplace conversations is important.
Part-time · Remote, Pacific time
Develop clear, accessible guides on inclusive workplace practice. Review drafts for clarity, source quality, and practical usefulness, working with the practice and resources team. Bring thoughtful editorial judgment and an ability to turn complex material into actionable writing.
