Choose a decision you can influence
A broad commitment becomes useful when connected to an actual process: recruitment, work allocation, access to learning, or how a team makes decisions. Select one process with a clear owner and enough scope to make a meaningful change.
Name the barrier before the activity
A workshop may be useful, but it is not the answer to every barrier. Listen to affected people, review how the process works, and identify where access or influence becomes unequal. Choose an action because it addresses that barrier, not because it is easy to count.
Build in a review
State the change, the owner, the support required, and the date for a review. Include both feedback and process evidence. If the action does not help, adjust it. Accountability means explaining what you learned as well as what you completed.
